Suzuki Co., Ltd. based in Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, and has been refining its problem-solving technical capabilities under the philosophy of “Challenge to the Unknown”. We have recaptured this spirit from the perspective of sustainability, aiming to reduce “negativity” and create “wealth” in the environment and society.

The power of diverse human resources is indispensable in realizing sustainability. To this end, we are focusing on creating an environment in which diverse human resources can play an active role (DEI promotion), fostering the next generation, and passing on skills.

In addition, our integrated production system, which is one of our strengths, is deeply related to the important concept of “circulation” for sustainability. We aim to “coexist and harmonize” with the global environment and society, by building a strong governance system to promote the reduction of environmental impact and increase the development of diverse human resources.

We will emphasize our “connection” with local communities and the global environment, build a relationship of trust with our stakeholders through highly transparent communication, and create a chain of linkages that will continue into a sustainable future.

Living Together in the Future

Building “Connections”
We will strengthen the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information in order to respond to the risks and opportunities of the new era, such as climate change and business and human rights. We will also emphasize our “connection” with local communities and the global environment, and establish a management system that responds flexibly and swiftly to changes in the market and society.

A Company That Coexists with Nature in Suzaka

We, Suzuki Co., Ltd. have taken root in Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture (in central Japan), a place blessed with clean water, clean air, and a rich natural environment.
Since our founding, our corporate philosophy has been to “Challenge the Unsatisfactory” and we have continued to hone our technical capabilities by transforming ideas into form. Our beliefs of “recognizing the unsatisfactory” and “not being satisfied with the status quo,” as well as “growing while solving unsatisfactory problems, day by day” are the foundation of our corporate activities.

Challenges From a Sustainability Perspective and the Cycle Supported by Integrated Production

We will redefine this spirit of “Challenge the Unknown” from a new perspective of sustainability, and sublimate it into corporate activities that create ‘wealth’ without creating “negative” impact on the environment and society.
We are proud of our integrated production system, which has improved quality while at the same time realizing waste-free use of resources and reduced environmental impact.
The “connection” in this production system essentially resonates with the concept of “circulation” in sustainability.

Manufacturing that Aims for “Coexistence” and "Harmony"

As “Suzuki of Suzaka,” we aim for ‘coexistence’ and “harmony” with the global environment, society, and our various stakeholders by utilizing our pride as a manufacturing company and our master craftsmanship.
The concept of “coexistence and harmony” is a relationship in which we respect each other and grow together in all relationships, including resource recycling, business sustainability, and human resource development, so that our processes closely coordinate and complement each other, as in integrated production.

Human Resource Development for the Next Generation

Human resources are essential for achieving sustainability.
We are committed to creating an environment where diverse human resources respect each other and feel comfortable exercising their abilities (DEI), as well as to nurture the next generation of human resources by passing on the skills and knowledge of our master craftsmen.
We believe that nurturing people is fundamental to the sustainability of a company and the future of society as a whole.

Toward a Sustainable Future that Values All Connections

Our commitment to sustainability is based on the importance of connection.
With close collaboration in the manufacturing process, we are conscious of our connections with local communities and the global environment, and through transparent communication, we will build relationships of trust with all stakeholders.
We will develop the chain of values brought about by integrated production into a future chain of sustainable environmental conservation, social contribution, and economic growth, and pass on the richness of nature and technology to the next generation.
We are convinced that this succession will be realized through the growth of each of our people and the blossoming of their diverse abilities.
